Summer is finally here and it’s time to incorporate some refreshing, cooling snacks into our eating regimen. So here is a snack that will not only cool you down but takes literally little effort to prepare- FROZEN GRAPES!
For your own frozen grapes, you can use red or white grapes. Personally, I prefer the red seedless grapes! Wash them, dry them, and freeze them overnight (or for a few hours) in a container of your choice and you’re good to go. Frozen grapes are great as a cool snack but can also be used in wine as ice cubes that don’t water down the wine.
Growing up frozen grapes were a staple snack when we visited my grandmother every week and I hope it’s one that can become a staple for you as well!
