Flow & Fit @ 2PM Coach Fran

Join us today either online or in person for Flow & Fit at OASIS7 STUDIOS. Flow & Fit is a full body workout with a focus on lengthening while we strengthen. The class is 45 minutes in length and you can attend either in person or online. Each class has at least 2 instructors and can be attended onsite or remote. Onsite we limit class participation to 10 members max. Online 100 or less and we got you. Use the links below to RSVP for todays class.
