Lower Body Workout @ HYPE GYM w/ Shanai

What's shaking team? Here is some of today’s lower hypertrophy sessions with @originalflavour_ at @hypegym in Union Square. Shanai told me that her goals were body recomposition when we first started working together. We are tracking other metrics besides pounds but besides attaining a more lean aesthetic Shanai is down almost ten pounds in a little over a month. I am excited to witness and assist in her transformation.
