Just wrapped up an invigorating workout session at Blink in Harlem! Nah I’m lying this is from like 3 nights ago. Today’s menu included high bar squats, back extensions, and some underhand rows. There were moments when I didn’t feel like pushing through, but I did anyway.
Why? Because I believe in stepping out of my comfort zone every single day. It’s all about promoting mental and physical growth, and that’s exactly what I aim to instill in my clients. (My back is still sore from the back extensions and high bar squats.)
